In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) that was introduced on 25th May 2018, Precision Pilates are obliged to provide a Privacy Policy to notify you of the information we hold about you and what your information is used for. This privacy policy explains how we use any personal information we collect about you when you use our services.

We process this information only as necessary for the legitimate interest of Precision Pilates and are listed as follows:

Contacting you should there be any changes to your classes, updates on current classes, updates on new classes, helpful information on Pilates practice.
Your Physical Activity Disclaimer form is kept on file for information should any medical need arise.

Sharing of your data

All members of Precision Pilates staff / class instructors have been instructed on the legal requirements regarding Data Protection. We will not share your data with any third party without your written consent.

How long do we keep your data for?

Paper documents are held for 5 years as a minimum. Electronic documents are never deleted.

Access to your information and correction

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email the company owner Sasha Cadell – sasha@plaspilates.com
